Sister connection, somatic, cacao & vocal activation ceremony day retreat

Join us at Lush for a Wild Women’s Awakening Ceremony day retreat on the K’At Mayan Nawal day on February 6th with @Anahata & @Manouk

In this gathering we will activate our Throat Chakra and Womb through sound, movement and voice. As Embodied Women, weaving our gifts, heart and souls together to unite our collective energy to manifest our dreams into grounded action. Using our voices, moving our bodies, bringing our prayers into form through creativity, engaging in somatic practices as we connect with Mama Cacao, the earth and other women. Through this day retreat we will develop and deepen our relationship to our daily rituals and practices for personal and sisterhood awakening.

Anahata is medicine musician, singer-songwriter, permaculture teacher, herbalist, indigenous ally guardian, certified hatha vinyasa yoga teacher and pranasage bodyworker. She has facilitated international retreats, lived in indigenous communities, studying spirituality, music and plant medicine.

Manouk is an international Women’s work facilitator, certified Yoga & Meditation teacher, energy and holistic healer and guide. Ceremonialist, sacred space holder and offering Women’s Retreats.

We’d love to have you!

All our hearts,

Manouk & Anahata
